About Me

Hi, I'm Estelle, and for the past 13 years, I've had the privilege of working with autistic adults in a residential setting. It's been a journey filled with learning, growth, and profound connections.

But my path to counselling wasn't always straightforward. I had a big moment in my life when my circumstances left me needing support, just like you. It was a tough time, but through counselling, I was able to take back control of my life and my emotions and to see a positive future. This ignited a fire within me to give back and offer support to others who may be going through similar struggles.

After seeking therapy myself and understanding how powerful and effective it is, it inspired me to take a career change and become a counsellor. So, I embarked on a three-year journey, where I gained knowledge and experience through counselling college with real-life experiences, including a placement within a grammar school working with 11-17 year olds.

Throughout it all, one thing remained clear: my passion for helping others. That's why I also work with a local charity offering counselling services, providing vital support for those in need.

With experience working with adults who are finding themselves dealing with depression, loss, anxiety, self-worth, domestic abuse to name but a few. Children from the age of eight, Because for me, if I could just help one person at a time, my work here would be done.
